Tricord Data has formed partnerships with market leading I.T. product and service providers.  Partnerships allow us to maintain strategic roadmaps and help develop long-term relationships with our clients.  Our core strengths and service offerings requires the team to maintain certifications with our partners, a positive benefit to our clients.  Our partner status provides us access to key vendor support staff and knowledge databases that are invaluable to maintaining our support services.  Our partner’s product offerings complement one another and each can be tailored for a client’s individual requirement.  Partnering ensures we are kept abreast of change which is critical to the decision making process. 

To ensure we provide the right solution and a value add service for our clients we evaluate and where appropriate reuse existing client solutions.  We are not bound by our partners and we do not undertake high-pressure sales to replace current systems with our core offering.  We always listen to our clients with the aim of benefiting and building on client organisation goals thought the mutual agreement of understanding the recommended I.T solutions.
